To enroll, enter your myUCCS student portal and register as you would for a regular course. You will have the option of adding yourself to a waitlist if your preferred section is full. If you are looking for your course in the Course Search function, remember to search under the Colorado Springs Extended Studies listings. These courses do not count toward a BA or BS degree; however, your earned letter grade will become part of your GPA.

The tuition for Spring 2024 sections is $995, plus $27 (approx) campus fees. Tuition for Spring 2024 Extended Studies courses is due by January 31, 2024. Balances for Spring 2024 registrations will post by approximately January 2, 2024 for registrations completed before this date. Balances will post immediately for registrations completed after this date. Make sure to wait for your balance to appear in your online account before you make your payment. You may pay via credit card in your student account or by Electronic Funds Transfer; if you are not able to make your payment by either of these methods, please contact the UCCS Bursar's Office at 719/255-3391 to set up a payment by another method. Do not wait to receive a bill; you may be charged late fees.

If you need to withdraw, you may do so in your online portal account. You may withdraw in the portal up until the day that a Dean's signature is required for a withdrawal - April 5, 2024. However, a full refund of the tuition will only be made if you withdraw before the campus census date - January 31, 2024. Any withdrawals accomplished in the portal between February 1, 2024 and April 5, 2024 will receive no refund. If you wish to withdraw after April 5, 2024, you must contact LAS Extended Studies at 719/255-4071 or lases@uccs.edu to request a paper withdrawal form.

This course is approved for Financial Aid through UCCS, and therefore these credit hours may count toward a full-time UCCS student's load. Please contact a Financial Aid counselor if you have any questions related to financial aid.
