Withdraw From Your Extended Studies Enrollment

Withdrawal Information

If you are withdrawing during the open enrollment period for your course (i.e. before the published registration deadline), you should be able to accomplish your withdrawal using your myUCCS student portal account. Any withdrawals accomplished through your myUCCS student portal will earn a full tuition refund and/or a reversal of any tuition charges incurred. If the published deadline for your course has passed and you are not able to accomplish your withdrawal through your portal account, you will need to contact LAS Extended Studies to request a paper withdrawal form. Depending on the course, a withdrawal accomplished via paper form may not result in a full refund. LAS Extended Studies reserves the right to charge up to $50 in administrative fees for late withdrawals.

Visit the Extended Studies Academic Outreach web site for instructions on how to withdraw using your myUCCS student portal account; or, download a withdrawal form. (Click on "How do I Drop or Withdraw from a class?")
